A Tribute to Korean Kids - Part One
I had so many great classes where I was teaching at a language institute in Seoul, Korea. A few of my classes had a party for me when I left. One class in particular each bought me a present. It was the sweetest thing. One little girl wrote me a note telling me that I was a good teacher, and that she would miss me. I did shed a few tears that last day. Here are some pics of my students.above left: my kindergarten students who I will miss so much. I would play antics like falling out of my chair and they would just laugh, and say, "do again." I never laughed so much as I did with them.

My middle school returnee class. Their English was excellent. We came a long way from the beginning. They are the hardest girls to get to know, and to get to talk. We spent a lot of time playing scrabble, and they won all the time.

Here is my class that made me a party before I left. They are really adorable. I felt like I could be my funny, and crazy self with this group. They were silly. We had many laughs.
Here is my phonics 1 class. They knew zilch English when I started teaching them in March. They have now graduated onto beginner conversation. These kids were the funniest, as you can tell.
